The Wop Diet
Carbs, carbs, carbs. And fat. Thats pretty much it. The best way to serve something is with grease, ann if you cant fry
it...fuck it. Now here's a weekly schedule of food events for you to follow like its a damn bible verse. Avast ye youngins,
I send ye into the world of heart attacks.

Thursday
Allright! College night! Which emphasis on the 'night', we're not gonna fuck around with breakfast and go
straight to lunch:
Lunch
(1:00 p.m.)
Thursday lunch's are tricky depending on what mood you're in. The following choices should be rotated depending
on mood once a month:
Taco Bell
Chinese Food
KFC
Dinner
(12:30 a.m.)
Dinner is not so much dependant on personal mood, but rather the mood of the group of people your with.
Choices are
Spikes
Weiners
Coffe & Cream
Dollar Pizza
Jhonny Rockets
Wings to Go
Friday
The weekend has arrived! So eat like a big fat pig to celebrate:
Breakfast
(10:30 a.m.)
McDonalds - Steak sandwich with onions, 2 hash browns
Lunch
(2:00 p.m.)
Burger King - Whopper value meal king sized witha coke, onion rings on the side.
Dinner
(10:15 p.m.)
Get off your ass and actually go to a restaurant that doesn't have a drive-thru window. Chicken Parmigan
would be my choice.
Saturday
The weekend is kicking into high gear, and so it the menu. Saturday tops it off nicely with 3 full meals:
Breakfast
(11:00 a.m.)
Dunkin Donuts - Steak egg n' cheese on a toasted bagel
Lunch
(2:00 p.m.)
J's Deli - 1/2 Graduate sandwich, 1/2 Stockbroker w/ ranch
Dinner
(10:15 p.m.)
Wendy's - #4 (Big Bacon Classic meal) Biggie-sized w/ coke, Jr. Bacon cheesburger only lettuce,
and a baked potato to spice things up
The sad part is this is pretty accurate to my actual diet.
