Dean College is a small, private, 2 year college, unless your in the
dance program( which is 4 years) located in the suburbs of Boston. As with most things Dean has its good and bad points
and here they are.
I am in the unique situation at Dean of having my Mother work there. One plus
of that is that whenever I get a parking ticket, she can get it taken care of. Also I know about things in advance of others.
Also if I need something I can get it thanks to her.
Yet there is a down side to having your
mother work at the same institute of higher learning you attend. If I were to ever get into any trouble, she would find
out and be very upset. Also its kind of weird walking into your building at 2 in the morning, drunk, and seeing a picture
of yourself on your mothers desk.
Another plus about dean is that the work there is really easy.
I can coast by without putting much effort in, which as most of you know, I enjoy not putting forth an effort.
I do have to say that I wish I was at another college, Dean was be far not my first choice. There really is not party scene
at Dean, the only people that live off campus are the commuters who usually still live at home, such as my self.
For the most part Dean is alright, but I am glad that it is only a two year school, so im not stuck at home for my four
years of undergraduate study.
